10Man Privacy Policy
10Man ("we," "us," or "our") operates the 10Man mobile application and related websites. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you use our services. By using 10Man, you agree to this policy.
Effective date: March 19, 2026
Summary
• 10Man does not require you to create an account. • We do not sell your personal information. • We do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs to track you across other companies’ apps or websites. • Optional push notifications and (on supported iPhones) Live Activities use tokens and game identifiers processed to deliver those features.
Information we collect
We collect information only as needed to run the app: Information you provide indirectly through app use • Favorite teams you select — used to personalize scores and notifications. • Game alert preferences — if you subscribe to score updates for specific games, we store those game identifiers together with your push token so we can send relevant notifications. Device and technical data • Push notification token (Expo push token) and platform (iOS/Android) when you enable notifications — required to route alerts via Expo and Apple Push Notification service (APNs). • For Live Activities on supported iPhones: Live Activity identifiers and activity push tokens we register with our servers so score updates can reach the Live Activity on your Lock Screen. • When you use the app, our API may log limited technical data (for example request metadata, timestamps, and error information) to keep the service reliable and secure. Sports content • We display NCAA Division I men’s lacrosse scores, stats, and related information from our API, which aggregates public or licensed sports data. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or postal address to use the app.
Tracking and advertising
10Man is built for following lacrosse scores and stats. We do not use App Tracking Transparency (ATT) frameworks for cross-app advertising, and we do not integrate third-party ad networks or cross-app tracking SDKs. If we introduce analytics or advertising that could identify you across apps or websites owned by other companies, we will update this policy and, where required, obtain your permission before that tracking begins.
How we use information
• Provide scores, standings, rankings, schedules, rosters, and related features. • Deliver optional push notifications and Live Activities you request. • Maintain security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot outages, and improve performance. • Comply with law and respond to valid legal requests when required.
How information is stored and transferred
• Favorite teams and notification settings are stored on your device (for example with OS-level secure storage mechanisms provided by the platform). • Push tokens, game subscription preferences associated with notifications, and Live Activity registration data may be stored on our backend (including Supabase) and processed on servers operated by our hosting providers. • Data may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
Third-party services
We rely on service providers who process data on our behalf, including: • Expo — push notification infrastructure. • Apple — APNs, Live Activities, and distribution through the App Store. • Render — API hosting. • Supabase — database and related backend storage. • Netlify — hosting for our public web pages (including this policy). Each provider’s own privacy policy may also apply to how they handle data as a processor or infrastructure vendor. We do not authorize them to use your information for their own marketing.
Data retention
We retain information only as long as needed to operate the app, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you disable notifications or uninstall the app, push delivery to your device stops; associated tokens and subscriptions may be removed or expire according to our operational retention practices.
Your rights and choices
• Notifications: disable or adjust 10Man notifications anytime in iOS Settings → Notifications → 10Man. • Live Activities: manage or turn off from Settings or within the app where the feature is offered. • Uninstall: removing the app deletes locally stored app data from your device (server-side tokens may persist until they expire or you contact us). • California / GDPR-style requests: email us at the address below to ask about access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold, subject to applicable law. We may need to verify your request before processing it.
Children’s privacy
10Man is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, contact us and we will take steps to delete it promptly where required by law.
Security
We use industry-standard measures appropriate to the nature of the service (such as encryption in transit for API communication). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice as appropriate (for example, an in-app notice or update notes).
